As part of an ongoing series of articles I was asked by The Guernsey Press about my favourite live music experiences both on the island and off.
Choosing my favourite shows away from the island was relatively easy as a couple have long stood out, specifically Rancid playing at Brixton Academy in November 2006 and Against Me! with Mobina Galore and Milk Teeth at The Electric Ballroom in Camden in 2016.
For gigs in Guernsey the choice was somewhat harder but for a few reasons I went for Thee Jenerators at The Golden Lion, coincidentally also in the autumn of 2006, along with Teaspoonriverneck at the De La Rue in May 2012 launching their Do It Again album.
